Before joining the SMMS team, Joe worked and volunteered in the Radiology Department of a large Connecticut teaching hospital. While there, Joe gained valuable medical experience while witnessing the pain and hardship that can result from injury. Joe also gained experience dealing with traumatic injury and motor vehicle accidents while volunteering as a First Responder and Connecticut State Licensed Emergency Medical Technician.
Joe's passion is litigation and he brings a dynamic enthusiasm to the SMMS team. While at Quinnipiac University School of Law, he was a member of the Mock Trial Honor Society. Using innovative trial techniques and compelling closing arguments, Joe was undefeated in all trial advocacy competitions. While at Quinnipiac, Joe also served as the president of the Law & Medicine Society and he graduated with a concentration in the field of Healthcare Law. Most recently, Joe received the Distinguished Academic Award for his accomplishments in Visual Persuasion, a class that applies modern visual technologies to courtroom presentation.
Joe is a life long resident of Connecticut. He graduated from Fairfield University as a Dean's List student where he served as the Executive Director of Pi Sigma Alpha, the Political Science Honor Society. Joe is an active member of the Connecticut Trial Lawyers Association, Young Lawyers Section, and the Quinnipiac University School of Law Alumni Association.
